Why is ICSI being a messenger of good corporate governance is indulging in misgovernance?

ICSI being a messenger of good corporate governance is indulging in misgovernance by denying basic information under the Right to Information Act, 2005

Mr. Prashanth Rangu made an application under the RTI seeking specific information of REVENUE FIGURES of the ICSI by providing Certified Copies provided to the students over the last 10 years.

The CPIO of ICSI denied the information and replied they don't have information in the form/content as desired by the applicant. Despite the applicant sought information in the MANNER MAINTAINED BY THE ICSI, CPIO denied the information.

Aggrieved by the decision of CPIO, the applicant prefered to file an appeal before the First Appellate Authority of the ICSI and Advocate Abhinav Singh represented the appellant for hearing.

As expected, FAA concurs with the submissions of the CPIO.

I have two questions:
1. While the accounting system of the ICSI digital & payment will be received through online mode, how the same was not available with the public authority?

2. While similar information is disclosed by the fellow professional bodies ICAI & ICMAI, why the ICSI is denying the information?

Also, ICSI denied the information in reply to 5 other RTI applications, seeking data with regards to verification and Inspection of certified copies.

Attached copy of the FAA order for your reference.
