Clarification on change of marks under suo-motu verification of marks under RTI by the ICAI.
ICAI President CA. Prafulla Chached says ICAI has no right to carry-out suo-motu verification of answer scripts under the RTI Act, 2005. And also he says a student can also report the discrepancy falling within the scope of regulation 39(4) within 30days from the date of receipt of certified copies under the RTI.
