And as per Page 49, para 7.1 of the draft report dated 14th Feb 2020 of ICAI High-level independent committee report it was clarified that, as a matter of policy, ICAI does not reduce marks already awarded, in the process of verification.
So, you can apply for certified copies even if you have scored 40/60 or passed group with exactly 200/400 marks without fearing of decrease in marks on suo-motu verification
