SIMPLIFIED Application format for Certified Copies under RTI - Updated 2020

Dear Friends,
There is no prescribed application format under the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.
Earlier, I provided an application format based on the CBSE board application. It is somewhat lengthy and many users are facing validation issues while submitting RTI application at https://rtionline.gov.in/.

To simplify the application process, I had a telephonic conversation with the CPIO of ICAI, noted down required information and made a new application format for your reference.

Copy-paste the below text in the "text for RTI application filed" and provide your details.
