If you are facing issues on RTI portal like bad payment gateway, unable to proceed for payment, forbidden etc...
i. Check whether there are any restricted characters like : ” ‘ } ] in text for rti application filed.
ii. Copy-paste text only from the word document, but not from whatsaap edited text or edited in the mail.
iii. Log in again and check if any RTI application was registered. If yes, it's fine. If No, file an RTI application copy-paste. If you aa re copy-pasting from WhatsApp edited tex/ mobile text file you may face issues, copy paste text from word document.
